The Fairmont Makati is by far the best place to stay in Manila and frankly, unrivaled globally. The service and attention to detail is amazing. The breakfast buffet alone is worth the trip - the range of selection is phenomenal. The gold level lounge happy hour is among the best in the world.

Great location across from Glorietta Mall . Absolutely fantastic staff everywhere , very genuine, helpful & courteous. Room was spacious, spotless & well sound proofed. Room service was great too. Only inconvenience was 1 of the 3 lifts was out of order for my entire stay which was inconvenient. All round totally 👍🏻

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Fatima who escorted and introduced me to the Front desk for check-in. Fatima's warm and sincere hospitality was noticeable. Joyce at the Front Desk gave me the room key swiftly and gave me suggestions on how to make the most of my hotel experience at the Fairmont. Miguel at the concierge took care of my luggage like it is his own and delivered them to my room quickly. The pool was so inviting and had the best view of the City as it was located at the rooftop. Mistral also is one of the attractions not to miss at this property as it will surely take your breath away with its relaxing ambiance perfect to chill and celebrate your special occasion. Breakfast at the Fairmont Gold was exceptional and the service provided s 5-star. The Guest Relations team made a lot of effort to prepare hand-made anniversary greetings for me and my wife. Thank you GR team, you are amazing. I strongly recommend Fairmont Makati to those who want value for money with luxury experiences you will never forget.

Overall, friendly staff and everything is well organized, down to the fruit basket in my room. I like this hotel as its location is super convenient, not far away from airport with bookable transportation service. Shopping mall is round the corner as well..
